We are taking on food waste! Marqette Foodhall at Dublin Airport has signed up to The Food Waste Charter through the Circular Economy Programme run by Environmental Protection Agency Ireland to help reach Ireland’s food waste reduction target under the UN Sustainable Development Goal 12.3.
We have committed to measuring, reporting, reducing food waste, to help improve sustainability, tackle climate change, support the circular economy, for the benefit of our business, future generations and the planet. Our food waste is tracked, measured and reported on along our food chain, order to ensure we are meeting our targets.
